A smoother shelf for linen and clothing. The Premium Pine Shelf is 900mm wide, fits a 924mm-wide Shelf Space bay, and comes in depths from 200mm to 600mm. It has the same strength as our Standard shelf, but the slats are made from smoother PAR pine. It's made in South Africa from heat-treated pine and is delivered free anywhere in the country.
Use it for linen, towels, bedding, folded clothing, wardrobes, guest houses, hotel linen rooms and retail displays.

What's in the box

How to fit it
Choose the height you want, line the shelf up with the pre-drilled holes in the uprights, and screw it in place with the supplied screws and Allen key. Check that the shelf is level and the unit is stable before you load it. The uprights are pre-drilled every 130mm, so you can move the shelf later.
Add extra components
- Everyday shelves: a Standard shelf from R187, for garages and storerooms.
- Hanging space: a clothing rail shelf from R225, in the same depth as your bay.
- Side rods: dowel sticks, R164 for a pack of 20 at 300mm long, to keep folded items in place.
- Uprights: single uprights from R48 and double uprights from R71, in 650mm to 2.7m.
- Stability: an aluminium cross brace, R89, for a freestanding unit.

- Free nationwide delivery on every order, with no minimum spend.
- We make your order in our own South African workshop, usually within 1 to 3 business days. The courier then takes about 1 to 3 business days, and you get a tracking link by email.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Premium shelf stronger than the Standard shelf?
No. Both are rated for up to 100kg when installed correctly. The difference is the smoother finish.
Is it a solid board?
No. It is made from pine slats with spaces between them. For very small loose items, use containers, baskets or trays.
Can you cut a shelf to a custom width?
Yes. Order the shelf in the depth you need and add the exact width in the special instructions at checkout.
