A long run of solid pine shelving, built to grow with you. This 2-bay Standard shelving unit is 1,835mm wide and 650mm high, with 4 adjustable shelves (2 per bay) that each hold up to 100kg. Choose a depth from a slim 200mm to a deep 600mm. It's made in South Africa from heat-treated pine, ships flat-packed, and is delivered free anywhere in the country.
Use it as a long, low unit under windows, along a garage wall, in a playroom, or as a sturdy base for boxes and baskets. Need more space later? Add shelves or bays at any time. It's a modular system, not a one-off.

Freestanding or fixed to the wall
At 650mm high, this unit stands steady on its own without drilling into your wall. If you'd like it fixed, use the free fastening kit to secure it to a brick or concrete wall. The spacers in the kit let the uprights sit flush against the wall even with a skirting board. For drywall or other wall types, use fixings made for that wall.
Grow it as you need it
- Add shelves: with 5 positions per upright, you can fit up to 3 more Standard pine shelves per bay (6 in total).
- Add accessories: a wine rack shelf, a pull-out sliding shelf or clear storage boxes. Check each one's depth options against your unit.
- Add bays: make it 3 bays or more with 2 more 650mm double uprights and a set of shelves per bay. WhatsApp us and we'll send you the exact parts list.
Delivery and assembly
- Free nationwide delivery on every order, with no minimum spend.
- We make your shelving in our own South African workshop, usually within 1 to 3 business days. The courier then takes about 1 to 3 business days, and you get a tracking link by email.

How much weight can each shelf hold?

Can I change the shelf heights later?
Yes. Each upright has 5 pre-drilled positions 13cm apart, so you can move shelves up or down at any time.
Does it need to be fixed to the wall?
No. At this height it stands steady on its own. The free fastening kit is there if you'd like to fix it.
My wall has a skirting board. Will it sit flush?
Yes. The fastening kit includes spacers that sit behind the uprights to clear the skirting.
Is it hard to assemble?
No. It's a simple flat-pack with an Allen key included, and you can follow our assembly video step by step.
Can I paint or stain it?
Yes. The pine comes natural and untreated, so it takes paint, stain, wax or oil well.
Will it fit my space?
