This unit is 4 bays wide: 3,657mm overall. It is built with 4 single uprights and 6 double uprights, with a 900mm shelf in each bay. Choose any of 7 heights and 5 depths above.

Standard vs Premium

• Standard: shelves have a practical finish with natural knots and grain, made for garages, tools, boxes, pantries and stock.
• Premium: shelves are milled a second time and router-finished, so they are smooth to the touch and won't snag fabric: the best choice for linen cupboards, towels, clothing and display.

Both come in the same sizes and use the same system, and every shelf holds up to 100kg.

What's in the box

• 4 × single uprights in your chosen height (the two outer ends)
• 6 × double uprights in your chosen height, shared between bays
• Standard or Premium pine shelves (Standard / Premium) in your chosen depth: 2 to 5 per bay (8 to 20 in total), depending on height
• 4 screws per shelf, to fix each shelf to the uprights
• 1 × aluminium cross brace, free with every size (on lower units you can trim it to fit diagonally)
• Free fastening kit: Allen key, screws and wall plugs for brick or concrete walls, and spacers that sit behind the uprights so the unit clears your skirting board

The price of every size is exactly the same as buying the parts one by one, so you never pay extra for the convenience of a set.

Freestanding or fixed to the wall

Don't want holes in your wall? Fit the free cross brace across the back of one bay and the unit stands steady on its own. Prefer it fixed? Use the free fastening kit to secure it to a brick or concrete wall. The spacers let the uprights sit flush against the wall even with a skirting board. For drywall or other wall types, use fixings made for that wall.

Grow it as you need it

• Add shelves: fit extra Standard or Premium shelves in any free position.
• Add accessories: a wine rack shelf, a pull-out sliding shelf, a wheelie base shelf or a roll-up canvas cover. Check each one's depth options against your unit.
• Add bays: extend sideways with 2 more double uprights and a set of shelves per bay. WhatsApp us and we'll send you the exact parts list.

Delivery and assembly

• Free nationwide delivery on every order, with no minimum spend.
• We make your shelving in our own South African workshop, usually within 1 to 3 business days. The courier then takes about 1 to 3 business days, and you get a tracking link by email.

Frequently asked questions

How much weight can each shelf hold?
Up to 100kg per shelf, as long as the load is spread evenly.

Can I change the shelf heights later?
Yes. The uprights are pre-drilled every 13cm, so you can move shelves up or down at any time.

Does it need to be fixed to the wall?
No. Use the free cross brace for a stable freestanding unit, or fix it to the wall with the free fastening kit. Both are included with every size.

Can I get a width that isn't listed?
Yes. WhatsApp us on 068 617 2745 with your measurements and we'll quote a custom size.

Can I paint or stain it?
Yes. The pine comes natural and untreated, so it takes paint, stain, wax or oil well.
